Hi! I’m Ben Chase Cohen—a certified Life Coach, lifetime 4.0 GPA student, and disciplined entrepreneur who transformed adversity into purpose. As a college freshman, I was socially overextended and ungrounded in my priorities—then an unforeseen turning point arrived: I stepped on a ball, completely unaware that someone’s dwarf hamster was inside, and the incident went viral online. Misrepresented and vilified, I faced 12+ months of intense cyberbullying and harassment that upended my life socially and emotionally. I was pushed to rock bottom, but my life‑coaching journey with Michael DeSanti sparked the self‑reflection that reshaped my life. Fifteen months later, I’m certified through mindbodygreen with a 92% score (138/150). My mission is to help young adults strengthen their mentality and lifestyle through reflection, accountability, and prioritization—just as coaching did for me.

The initial consultation gives potential clients the opportunity to connect with Ben [me], begin getting to know me, and explore whether my coaching programs would be genuinely helpful for their lives.
My practice is not about volume—it’s about fit. The consultation is a space for us to openly discuss goals, challenges, and expectations, and to determine together whether working together makes sense for both of us.
For these reasons, clients are encouraged to schedule a consultation before making any commitments.
A one-on-one session designed for those ready to take the first step in their self-discovery journey. Together, we’ll open our lines of communication, begin building our productive and professional relationship, and ideally allow the client to experience how powerful the coaching process can be.
DISCLAIMER: In a single 60-minute session, it is doubtful the client will experience legitimate transformation or deep self-improvement. Normally, these results become noticeable after multiple weeks of participating in one of my programs.
Structure: Meet with Ben once a week via Zoom for 6 weeks, with personalized accountability assignments twice per week.
Description: An impactful six-week journey designed to accelerate your personal growth, build self-awareness, and align your goals with your core values. This program helps you gain clarity and momentum while experiencing the power of consistent reflection and accountability.
Having experienced firsthand how frequent connection fuels real growth, this program is designed to keep you supported and accountable 3–4 days each week with the incorporation of personalized accountability assignments—not just on Zoom day.
Accountability Assignments are intentional touchpoints designed to keep growth, reflection, and momentum going between sessions. When I connected with my own life coach, I found it very beneficial to be in contact 3–4 days per week rather than only during our Zoom sessions. From an accountability and influence standpoint, that consistent engagement made a meaningful difference.
Typically, the day after a Zoom session, clients receive their first accountability assignment and have 48 hours to complete it. These usually take 5–15 minutes. After completing the first assignment, clients receive one additional assignment to complete before our next session.
These assignments are not intended to be difficult, strenuous, or overly time-consuming. They are designed to help clients further embody purpose, intention, accountability, self-growth, and self-reflection on more days of the week—supporting habit and lifestyle improvement.
Examples may include brief writing or journaling, reflective questions, short video or voice reflections, creative exercises such as poetry, intentional walks, letters to a future self, or guided self-exploration practices. Accountability Assignments are flexible and optional, but encouraged, and can always be adjusted based on the client.

With Ben in your corner, you’ll build lasting habits, strengthen routines, and uncover deeper self-awareness. Across 12 focused weeks, clients experience meaningful mindset shifts and implement lifestyle changes that align with their personal goals and values. This extended journey allows for deeper connection, greater consistency, and the kind of lasting transformation that unfolds through steady effort and reflection. Having completed a 12-week program myself, I can confidently say that this time frame has the power to reshape habits, expand perspective, and create genuine, lifelong change—because what you put in truly determines what you get out.
With over 30 touchpoints of guided effort, you’ll spend your weeks not just learning—but actively practicing intention, accountability, and self-improvement, thus gaining experience.
I connected and worked with my life coach, Coach Michael DeSanti, in October of 2024 and completed his 12-week program. The program changed my whole world. I started putting new meaning to everything in my life: relationships, health, daily life, mindfulness, time, and my future, to name a few domains I discovered I wanted to devote more attention to.
I was inspired to become a life coach myself, and 15 months later, I find myself in the present moment, a Mindbodygreen Life Coach, ecstatic to coach young adult clients and help facilitate their self-reflection, self-discovery, and ultimate self-growth.

I started posting motivational social media content in March of 2025 and have remained consistent on a daily basis. I found passion in posting short-form videos to inspire one viewer at a time, by speaking my mind and sharing tools, tips, and insights I have learned, and am still learning along my own journey!
I'm so excited to launch my Life Coaching practice and connect on a deeper level with young adults who are courageous and open-minded enough to seek self-improvement.
